Why has the rate your driver been removed, think that needs to still be on there considering the amount of rude drivers you have that could do with been reporting
It would be 1000x better if cars were actually tracked, such is the ability of these things.
By far the worst taxi service in leeds
Pre booked a taxi, and it never turned up. Seems to happen everytime I pre-book. Ended up shelling out double price for an Uber.
Getting ridiculous waiting time when boom a taxi
I booked a taxi on Saturday for an appointment on Monday the 28th of February at 07:15, when I booked the taxi I was charged 6 pounds. I only received an notification to say that the taxi was cancelled and they couldn't reach me, i never received a phone call or a message to say these. When I tried to call Amber, no one answered the phone. I'm extremely mad and disappointed, because I lost my hospital appointment, the appointment was supposed to be at 07:50 but I only received an email at 07;35

40% of trips were a rip off. We used Amber Cars through the app 5 times. 3 of these worked fine, although the app did not necessities in with waiting times. One trip took an unnecessarily long route. Our final trip the driver claimed the Google Pay hD not worked and charged us in cash. We found that we had been double charged.
Use this company a lot but for the past month or so when I've booked via card they've been charging me roughly £14-£15 before my taxi is accepted which is fine but when I get to my destination my fare is £12 and I'm not refunded the change I'm owed. I hope this issue is resolved and I'm refunded the money I'm owed, thanks.
